help with backspacing

I'm thinking about getting some Dick Cepek DC-2 15x8 and Truck Accessory Liquidators shows them as having 3 5/8 backspace. will I have any ssues with these on my 06 2wd xlt? heres the link http://tal4x4.com/prod-purchase? kid=2001&gid=-
