I know that I’m gonna have to change the slave cylinder and master cylinder right ??? Along with the drive shaft do I need to use a single cab driveshaft or what. I know the fm-146 is 2 inches shorter any other recommended things to do I have fm-145 in the truck right now and it it is 4x4 with manual 4x4 in the floor

I know the FM146 and M5OD slaves are compatible. IDK about the FM145. Just looked, I cant even tell how it mounts. Definitely not the same as the FM146. Master cylinder looks very similar but the interchange only goes up to 87 so guessing you need that too. Then the line that goes between them.

Driveshafts should match cab and bed length you have.

If your location is accurate, you might find this Marketplace listing interesting. It's an M5OD for your application. Swaps exactly the same as a FM146 but supposed to be stronger and definitely more available parts. Especially for the commonly floppy shifter. While you were in town I might could hook you with a new slave and line that was installed once never driven.
