Can someone tell me the type of fasteners used to connect the ICM to the distributor base? 7/32” bolt? Screws? It is recessed and not easily seen. It’s an 85 2.3L.

Thanks.

it looks like it's 7/32" but they also make a tool for it like THIS

That listing says 7/32 hex or T20. Could be either one...

So what thread is it?

I thought they were metric with a 5.5 mm socket size.

Got a question I bought another ranger a 01 model xlt with the 3.0 and motor was locked up and parked it to the side but I just come across a 09 with a 2.3 I was wanting to see about swapping the engines if possible I got both trucks complete so I don’t lack any parts and willing to swap motor and transmission if it will work any advise would be great
