alright guys I need some major help here
i've got an 83 ranger single cab short box 4 cyl 4 spd manual, I have a 6" lift and i've swapped in a 8.8 and D35 out of an explorer.
my rear shaft angle is too much for the U joints so I want to go with one double Cardan joint but I'm not sure how to accomplish this with the type of flange I Have on the T case(its been changed to a flat flange off a newer ranger)
what type of flange do I need to be able to run a double cardan?
ok on to the front end which is even worse, the angles are pretty extreme and I figure I need to run 2 Double cardan joints on this shaft but again I'm not sure what I need to accomplish this, the T case uses a splined input from the shaft and the D35 has a Ubolt clamp style so I need to get a new output for the D35 and that will except a double cardan joint and the T case spline uses a smaller U joint too
Im sure this has been done before I just don't know what parts to get, I realize these are going to be custom shafts which isn't a problem seeing as i've got enough money dumped into this rig already.
any help would be greatly appreciated
