Dana 35 Detroit locker

I have eliminated the C-clip in my front end (as explained in the tech section). My question is, can I use a locker from a jeep dana35? Seems I did this before, but can't remember that far back. Are bearings the same, etc?

When I did both my trucks I couldnt even find a D35 unit listed for the Ranger. had to order it for a Jeep D35 rear. Its the same unit no worries there.

There is an install kit for the Ford specific TTB D35 application that comes with the bearings and everything youll need. Im not sure if Jeep D35 bearing is the same.
