Bad idle and no power

Please help. 88 b2. I have checked vacuum lines and map sencor. It starts hard. I honestly don't know where to start. I have a one minute video of it running

that would seem map and TPS along with psi dump. could be as simple as a corroded pump connection or jacked TPS

seen wobbly distributors and shitty plugs initial load the same way.
