I agree but can't assign the same confidence level. Unless the owner bought it new, there's no easy of knowing what a previous owner bubbaed up. Might be that the only thing '07 on it is the sheet metal. It's doubtful, but some people...So, I can say without a doubt* the OP's front hubs are engaged 100% of the time.
*The amount of effort to install PVH front hubs (setting up the vacuum system, the control mechanism, drilling out the knuckle and installing the '98-early '00 axles would be a huge amount of effort).
