My credo
What's the worst that could happen?
For all you veterans out there, this is eezy-peezy --- I hate electrical things so this is a major endeavor for me.
Been collecting things for a bit to add lamps to my 94. Picked up the brackets from a TRS member last December. Got a switch from a 95 off eBay. Since the wiring is already there (94 Splash - I know they (Ford) only have one harness - maybe 2), I dint think it would be a big deal. So far I'm right.
The valance I can get from a number places as well as the lights - ($30 and $90 respectively). They'll be ordered shortly...in the meantime...
I've been playing with the switch wiring, comparing the 94 to the 95. Coloring is different, but it seems simple. So far I get the switch to light up. Since I don't have the actual lights yet, I won't know for sure, but so far, I think I'm ok. I'm almost thinking this is too dumb to post, but then I remembered this is TRS.... thank you:yahoo:

See if you are getting 12 volts at the fog light connectors.
