When I bought the truck it had 3 of the same rims and 1 different one. I've found a 4th but they have r15 on the tires and on the door it asks for r14. When looking online they look like the OEM ones but I don't know what tires to get.

14 inch tires are getting harder and harder to find. 15 inch is starting to go that way. If you want to stay close to the original size as far as diameter, you can play with 1010 tire's tire size calculator to match it up and see what is available to buy in that size.

Another option is to look for 225/70R15 tires that came on later Rangers but you will need to change the gear in the transmission for the speedometer in order to correct for the larger sized tire. Or course, that will require getting a set of 15" rims as well.

Here is what 1010 tire lists for 215/70R14 tires: https://www.1010tires.com/Tires/215-70R14
The Radial GTs you show above are in that list.
