I'm trying to see if anyone can find information related to the TFT (Transmission Fluid Temperature) Sensor.

I've found with some searching on the internet that it is a thermistor type sensor, so it senses an actual range by changes resistance, not just a switch.

The transmission fluid temperature (TFT) sensor is a thermistor-type sensor that varies a reference voltage signal. The resistance in the TFT varies with temperature. The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the voltage signal across the TFT, and uses this information to determine the transmission fluid temperature.

I'm trying to see if anyone knows what the correlation to temperature vs resistance is for this sensor?

For reference, I've replaced my 5R55E with an M5ODR1HD and I'm trying to trick the PCM into thinking the 5R55E is still installed to get rid of the CEL.

Still have the old transmission? Measure it at room temperature for a rough guess, then buy a variable resistor and adjust till it's happy.

I wonder if expects the output to vary with engine temperature?
