3.0 in a f150 what?

I saw a 93 f150 for sale on Facebook. The ad said it had a 3.0 v6 in it. I thought this has to be wrong or he swapped swapped it in. Is this possible? Or is it too much work.

9th generation F150, 1992-1997 model years

The made and sold in Mexico did have optional 3.8l V6, and one could have been brought in to US
But straight 6(I6) 4.9l or V8s were the only US options
