2150 holley or 2150 motorcraft and holley 350

when looking at some online at autozone for a 2150 carb I see it says it is from holley. I seem to read good press about the motorcraft 2150. Is this the same carb? How does the holley 350 fit into this.

I believe the carbs are rebuilt and holley rebuilds them and supplies for the zone.
