any help is welcome im in desperate need of fixing this issue i have no clue what it could be

Map sensors are known to go bad. I am not sure how to test them, I have a spare that I use to replace/test. Your Idle Air Control Valve just may need to be cleaned. Carbon builds up on it and it has some control on the TPS. Make sure it is cleaned and the valve is moving. I would give the TPS a good cleaning and all ports are open and letting air flow as designed.

I would also disconnect vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator and see if there are any changes. I believe you can rent a fuel pressure tester from most parts stores and test to see what your fuel pressure is.
