1995 Ranger Flasher relay location

I am trying to find the flasher relay on my 1995 Ranger XLT. Most articles says its under a panel under the column, but I don't see it there at all. Is there another location I would find the relay?

If your truck has the newer wiring with a gem, which I believe it does, then your flasher looks like a common relay. The one in the 96 Explorer that I’m messing with is yellow. Plugged into its own base and attached behind the dash, to the right if the steering column. I’ll try to remember to take a picture after work tonight.

Previously, it would have been cylinder shaped and plugged into the fuse panel. The one for turn signals on the front and 4-ways on the back.
