1993 spare tire mount

My wife's Ranger was missing it's under-bed spare tire carrier. I have purchased and assembled all the parts up to what the hinge mounts to the frame. I'm unable to identify what that hinge attaches to. There are no matching bolt holes on the frame. I suspect there is a missing brace missing. This may have been removed by a mechanic when she had bed mount repairs done in the past. I am looking for a source for this missing part. A parts breakdown of this area would be very helpful. Thank you.

This is on my 86 ranger. I installed it decades ago to replace a missing rear tank on the dual tank bed.

PS, I'm pulling motor and trans, all other parts are up for grabs. I'm near Calgary, Alberta.

Thank you for the fantastic photos and quick reply. The last photo is what I'm looking at. The two offset fasteners on the top of that hinge attach to some sort of bar that extends the width of the frame. It is entirely missing. I don't know why a repair shop would have removed and disposed of it.

Would this be something you'd be willing to remove and ship in an ebay transaction? I'd have to fabricate something for the hinge to mount to, but I'd much rather keep everything original.

That bar spans the width of the bed frame and looks to be about 4 feet long, and a bit heavy? It's worth it to me for original parts. Please take your time with this. Thank you again.
