1988 Saleen Ranger?!?

Anyone ever heard of one of these?

Just found out about them today.

Hmm.. just got a tad bit more info. Will update when i get more.

It was called the "Saleen Sport-Truck Type-R" or something close to that.

R for Ranger.

Alright, it was sold as a non-competition version of the Saleen Sport Truck used in races, and sported a 2.9 V6 and a 5speed tranny. ONLY 24 were produced for the public. No clue as to how many are left. It's got a custom suspension, and a body kit similar to the Ranger GT's. It was made origionally in 1988 but had a few *competition* models made from 1988 to 1991.
