according to my 1984 Ford Light Truck Specifications Book, it could be any of these:
185/75x14, 195/75x14, 205/75x14
it all depends on wheel base and gvw (gross vehicle weight) of your particular truck.

205/70/14 is the stock heavy duty size.
195/70/14 is the stock light duty size.

185/75x14 was also a "stock" size, again depending on the particular truck. gvw will tell you the exact tire that came stock on that truck. check your door sticker and post up here what it says for gvw.
