vacuum leak a/c

Vacuum leak.
I have traced my a/c vacuum leak to the 2 hoses that go into the firewall on the passenger side. Does anybody know how i can gain access to those? I need to replace both. Do i need to pull my plastic fender out?- 95bajaguy
