spark no start

I had new spark plugs and cap and rotor so i changed those and still nothing, the coil is fine so thats not it. seen some stuff about the TFI which i know nothing about and also checking the grounds which all seem fine. how do I find out what I need to fix?

Ok, first, I'll try to keep this as short as possible. Early Christmas morning I'm driving my truck along at ~50 mph, when it just shuts off suddenly. Throw it in neutral and try to start it again, nothing. Put it in appropriate gear for the speed and try to bump start it, nothing again...
