rattling doors

I have an '05 Ranger Edge. Both the driver's side and Pass side doors rattle when I hit any decent sized bump. I'm talking about the actual door itself. If I put any sort of pressure on the door, the rattling stops. It's driving me crazy. I've looked for ways to adjust the striker and latch, but...
