Hi All, I rebuilt my 2.8 v6 cologne a few years ago. Initially had a rough time because I had set the valves too loose. Ended up bending a pushrod. Exasperated, I went to a mechanic and he replaced the pushrod. Machinist warned me that if the loud valves started to creep back after a few hundred...- wadehilts
