milky oil

recent head gasket blow out/replacement now i havefoamy or milky residue in valve cover and smoke coming from valve cover out the hose that goes back to the intake throttle body. truck running not so good. rough idle and poor acceleration, but gets up to highway speeds. help. oil changed...
