Hey, I am trying to find the best way to be able to hook my ipod touch 4G into my stereo. I also want to keep the stock head unit. I was wondering what would be the best way of doing this? Ford radio, Ipod control....help
Good day. I would like to hook up to, and control my iPod touch from a factory radio/CD unit. The unit in my truck, 1998 B4000, can not control a remote CD changer. From what I've been able to get from the net, this function is necessary if I want to use one of the iPod to Ford radio...- b50bsa
