Help, 91 ranger wont shift into ANY gears

I recently put a new clutch in my manual 1991 Ranger xlt 2.9l. After bleeding the clutch, it won’t shift into ANY gear, while running. The Clutch is super soft, but I can see it engaging. It’s full on fluid. Please help this has ruined my day haha.

How To Replace/Bleed Hydraulic Clutch System for 1983-1984 Rangers

Signs of a faulty clutch hydraulic system Hard or impossible to shift into 1st or reverse Difficulty shifting in motion without perfect rev match Engine bogs down very slightly if you come to a stop with the shifter in gear and your foot on the clutch Weird "texture" to the clutch pedal travel...

    M5R2 swap clutch wont dis-engage

Hi, so I’ve got an 88, 5.0 swapped, the trans blew so I began swapping in a 1997 f150 M5R2 in place of the old fw146. I used flywheel and clutch out of a 95, 5.0 f150, the stock master cylinder out of the truck and the slave from a 1992 ford ranger because in that year they came with internal...

New Slave Cylinder, full system bleed. Is it supposed to look like this without pushing the clutch?

Put a new slave cylinder in, bled the system with a handheld pressure pump and tried it the way the service manual said. Clutch pedal has more pressure than it did but not as much as it probably should. When my friend presses the pedal, the cylinder does not move. It just looks like this no...
  5. New Clutch & Slave won't disengage

First time doing a clutch, and I'd like to say I'm 99% done... except it's not working. The basics: 1987 4x4 + 5speed. I bought the M-PACT 07048WS kit from RockAuto: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=8139676&cc=1137530&pt=1993&jsn=14. I replaced the pilot bearing, put in the new...
  6. 2.3L ('83-'97) Clutch Bleeding Issues After Transmission Swap

I have posted here about this swap before and have narrowed my issues down to the clutch hydraulics. To recap, I swapped my 1993 2.3 2wd ranger from an a4ld automatic to a m5od-r1 manual transmission. At this point, I have dropped the transmission 3 times trying to narrow down the issues. I have...
  7. No clutch pressure

I recently replace my clutch master and slave cylinder and I wasn't a hug fan of the press in fittings so I bought adapters to to make a 4an thread and added a braided steel line I've bleed the system I've gone through almost 2 quarts of break fluid never let a reservoir run dry and there is no...
  8. 94 b2300 manual 4th gear stutter

About 1000 miles ago I replaced my cluthx, pressure plate, flywheel, rear main seal, and throw out bearing, I had an extra slave cylinder but mine was in better shape than the extra so I didn't replace, however when I went to bleed the clutch after it was put back together the small line going...
  9. New Rule!

To become a Ford engineer and design systems for automobiles, you must first work on a bunch of stupidly designed systems with your own hands until completion. The kind that need cuss words at the people who thought them up. Then, tell everyone why it was stupid and promise you will never design...
