broken gas gauge

Hello! We are currently having to fill the radiator everytime we use the truck. When you turn it off, all the water runs out. We have been told it's the water pump, the radiator itself,or a hose. We aren't sure where exactly the water is coming from. Has anyone had a similar problem?????? We...
