i am looking at buying some adjustable camber bushings to correct some issues with my friend end alignment and i found a set of MOG bushings that offers “0-4 degrees of adjustment” does that mean in both directions? - and +? i assume you just rotate it 180 to get the desired camber?

So pretty happy with my rear set up. Explorer 8.8, ex leafs, flip kit, djm longer shackles, factory ex trac bars, stock ex sway bar. Sits just how I want it. The front needs to be stiffened up a bit and lowered an inch for a couple different reasons. Would adjustable shocks be the best way to go...

On the Esslinger Engineering website I saw two different adjustable cam pulleys for sale. Is there any other difference between a round and a sqaure tooth other than the fact that one is round and one isn't? Does one perform better? And at last, what type do I have in my stock 1997 2.3? Here...
