4x4 08 ranger

  1. Transmission removal 2008 4.0 4x4 5r55e

    I was wondering if anyone had a PDF or some sort of copy for the removal. Drive and Reverse went out, 1st and 2nd gear work though. Would appreciate tips or tricks if not. Thanks!

  2. Manual 4x4 shift kit for 08 Ranger 4x4?

    I have a 2008 Ranger FX4. It has the electronic dash transfer case shifter that couples to a solenoid in the transfer case, which activates a physical lever to do the actual shifting from 2x to 4x4 hi and low. It does not always disengage once put in 4x4. You have to drive around the block...
