2.9 throttle body spacer

2.9 Throttle Body Spacer
Can somebody explain to me why nobody makes a throttle body spacer for the 2.9? They are made for both the 2.3 and the 4.0. The 2.3 TBS looks like it might fit, but I don't know for sure.- stonesour027
