That clicking noise when you use your turn signals or have your hazards flashing will not stop. Even if I turn the car off it continues. All of my signal lights work like normal. Hazards work, and they show the flashing on the dash as well. The only time that clicking noise stops is when I have my foot on the brake. I checked fuse number 17 for the flashers, it's good. I tried throwing a part at it and changed the brake light switch that is attached to the brake pedal. No luck, so I pulled that new one off, that's going back to the store. Any ideas of what it could be? I read it might be the signal relay, or might be the multi purpose switch. Thanks for reading!

The clicking noise is a relay. The trick will be figuring out which one. Even though it sounds just like the turn signal flasher, it’s obviously some other circuit.

You could try removing fuses, one at a time until it stops. That would narrow it down to the right circuit.

I have read this same problem in other forums and the answer has always been a connector failing, or the multi purpose switch failing.
I had the same problem and replaced the clicking relay with no effect at all, the problem persisted. So I removed the multi purpose switch and before running to the parts store, tried to fix it. Opening the multi purpose switch was a pain, but revealed corroded connectors, so I cleaned everything as much as I could. Then tried to put it all back together, which was a much bigger pain and ultimately not possible. The best I could achieve it was that everything was working on the switch BUT the rear turn lights, so for practical reasons, it was broken. BUT, the relay has stopped clicking all the time, that was fixed. That gave more confidence that a new multi purpose switch will solve the problem. A trip to the parts store, new switch, installed in under half an hour, problem solved.
