What are stock sway bar sizes and what stiffer sway bars are recommended?

Looking to stiffen up my truck a bit more and was trying to figure out the size of the stock sway bars so I could look for ones with a little more size. Any recommendations are also appreciated.

If your Ford Ranger didn't come with a front sway bar, you have an option of adding a factory one, if you can find one in a salvage yard.

Not that it applies in this situation, but I can get some of the SLA sway bar information to add to that. I pulled the factory front bar off my green 00 to upgrade to an Explorer one only to find that 95-97 Explorers got a 36mm diameter front and the 98-01 got a 34mm. Both are larger than what the Ranger had though.

i like having large sway bars on my trucks. i wonder what is on my edge? i thought it had front and rear but my one axle pic is not from an angle that i can tell.
