7500 mile oil change?
Hey guys, picked up an '08 F-150 (with the 5.4 :pray: ) Both the dealer and the manual claim I don't need to change my oil until every 7,500 miles. I have a little over 3k on her now since late August. Is this true?- Ford4Life
