Does anyone on here have a buggy??? I ride with a bunch of good people that have them,and it's a great time.

I had that problem with mine, but the full circle snap rings fixed all my problems. If you have the parts do the swap. you will be very happy with the results, but you will have the same problems if you don't use regular snap rings for the caps.

If this wont help with breaking joint ears than it's not worth the time for me. Hey Dishtowel, are you braking the u-joint and then trashing the shaft?

I have broken two shafts with mine. But that was before i used full circle clips for the u-joint and my caps would come out and the shaft would be ruined.

I have a d35 with d44 outers on it. The gains are, much stronger hubs and bigger wheel bearings. I would say go for it even if you have to buy some of the parts for the swap. It is much stronger and well worth it!!!

The d30 would be a downgrade.If it is your DD and weekend wheeler why do you want to get rid of the D35?Just curious

Thats strange, a D50 TTB uses the same wheel bearings as the D60 Yes they use the same wheel bearings and lockouts, I could not keep the wheel bearings tight no matter what i tried.

I had a dana 50 ttb under my fullsize with 39.5 in boggers and a built 351w for a little over a year and ran the balls off of it.The only problem i had was wheel bearings.

Hello, i have an 87 b2 and the body is just to hammered to use anymore.I pulled the body off and i am putting a ranger cab on it.I found a 97 cab and i'm wondering what kind of problems i might run into when useing the newer cab on older b2.Any info would be great.

hello i have an 87 b2 it runs kinda hot when im on the trail but does not overheat,as soon as i shut it off it starts to boil over into the puke tank.I removed the thermostat, flushed the rad and checked the waterpump fins. i think i have a blown head gasket but maybe i am overlooking something...
