My 2010 ford ranger needs an ECU WE7118881A. Its difficult to get this one from my area. However, I'm seeing WE7218881A available online. Description says that it is for the same model I own. Can anyone advice me as to whether it will work in place of my WE71. I'm aware that there will be need...- shurman
