Problems after alternator replacement
Truck is an '04 with the 4.0L engine. After replacing the alternator, starter doesn't engage with the key, will engage when relay contacts are shorted. Also blowing the 30 amp PCM relay fuse.- saddlesore

Engine swap questions concerning a '99
Looking at a 99 Ranger with a bad 4.0, owner has a 4.0 from an 03 Explorer he wants me to take off his hands to put in it. Is it an easy straightforward swap? TIA!!!- saddlesore

Name that dinger
I have a 98 Ranger and there's a dinger that will go off randomly without any reason. It sounds at about 1 second intervals and is a slower than the headlights on dinger. I have disconnected the one for the seatbelts and the one for when the key is in the ignition with the door open. Any help is...- saddlesore
