Pinging under medium load
2000 3.0, pings under moderate loads at any RPM (downshifting to 3,000 RPM makes little difference). 77,000 miles and pretty much all original as far as I can tell. I've been running mid-grade gas (89 octane) and it's better, but still totally unacceptable. If I wanted to actually haul a...- M5OD

Noob question about Stock to Stock upgrade
Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade my 2000 Ranger XL's stock radio only HU to a stock CD player/cas. Will any clip-in double DIN ford radio work? Mine only has one plug on the back which I assume is for speakers and power/acc lighting. I did not paw around to see if there were other unused plugs...- M5OD
