honestly i dont think youll notice any difference between the ext cab 4.10 and the reg cab 3.73 4 cyl, maybe 1mpg on the highway max

yeah the motorcraft 5w-20 is good stuff, cheap, and partial synthetic, cant go wrong with it.

depending on how many miles it has you might try replacing the fuel filter and running a tank of supreme gas through it, maybe a little bit of marvel mystery oil fuel additive.

i put a K&N fipk on mine and noticed a good bit of difference......i like the volant kit a little better but it costs a little more and they didnt have it in stock when i went to order one so i got the K&N

i found this place on google the other night, they have some bolt on stuff thats pretty cheap, ill probably buy the egr and pcv kit once i get my next pay check. They claim they are going to have a header for the 2.3 eventually. http://www.dangerranger2300.com/ :dntknw:
