so its a Greenlee tools hydraulic bender.

anyway got the tubes going to the back done

gonna remount my rear shocks so there not hanging below the rear axle like in the stock position. 15" of travel

My school is getting a CNC plasma cutter that does up to 1/4" or something

well the cnc thing arrived today and it turns out it is a torchmate table one, sweet im probably the only one thats going to use it out of my school of 2.5k kids lol

Got my fender bars on im not overly happy with them...Its starting to look like a jungle gym to me.

It looks like the fender bar bends in on the last picture but it doesent its the hoops upper support one that is going to the corner of the hoop from the frame rails.

i think they look good, although you will need to add additional support bars, or just a plate on top and some reinforcement bars on the bottom.

haha yeah they will dont worry still got a whole stick left(20ft) and more on the way for sliders and bumper.
I was digging around the garage and found a 3x2.5x2 ft checkerplate box stuffed in the corner barried going to incorperate that into the bed to lock stuff in and what not.

Shesh i guess i shall update...

inner box top bar is in and i figured out how the shocks will be mounted

got the b2 body mount hole that was rusted way out plated and the bottom tube on with a support tying the tube into the frame (so 6 tie points in total for a 4 foot box)

and got my rear bumper on

oh i got rid of the exhaust from the muffler back and did something kinda custom to keep the cops happier

wont looks so out of place with the sliders on, which im starting on tomorrow

Shit the "half-cab" is stuck in my schools auto shop for our two week spring break.
anyway heres the rock sliders i made on my last day.

and here is overall side/front picture i get to start on my stinger/prerunner type tube bumper when schools back in.

i want to go wheeling so damn bad and im getting really really bored of web wheeling haha

So for my interior ive been thinking about building a center console with two 6x8's between the seats much like this Toyota's...i wish about the gun holster in it though but i live in canada

i would box liner it to match my gen 1 dash and my floor

since we got that torchmate table at the school i want to do a cool bezel thingy around the gear shifter and t case shifter kinda like these

because of <punisher> I've wanted to use a nice shiny 1" wrench for my shifter on my T-case like this.

I'm also going to do push button start with toggle switches for Fuel pump, ignition Coil, and two hidden kill switches that both have to be on because on Vancouver island rigs gets stolen fairly often.
Also like Punishers switch set up very clean

Rock sliders are done and on just have one bar to add going from slider to the tube cage for up/down support. The Sliders are attached to the body mount brackets with 1/4 plate.
