I own a 2010 Ranger with about 20K miles and up until a few weeks ago the a/c blew strong. on full blast the ac won't blow hard enough to even really feel air. what does come out is still frigid cold. please help me. its monsoon season here in az and driving 300 miles a day in an unaircondition truck when its 118F and humid sucks beyond all belief

I miss my old truck......

Yup, its still under warrenty so take it in and let them fix it up for ya.

condenser drain is plugged? Take it to the dealer.

Condensers don't have drains...:icon_confused:. A plugged evaporator drain would not cause this problem. If he had water dripping from underneath the dash, then I would agree.

The black radio cover plate collects condensation........

Ford really sucks!!!! Its at the shop and warrenty wont cover it. I refuse to pay $150!!!! The problem is that a screen is choked with dirt. When the a/c quit working I was on an excavation site removing transite irrigation pipe. Because of dust control policies, a water truck was soaking all the dirt and I tracked mud into the vinyl floors. it was a very dirty job but one I have done many times before with the 1999 but the first I did with the 2010. How the **** is my fully warrantied truck gonna be the only vehicle to have isssues?!?!?!?!?! If Ford don't make this right I will never buy from them again! Personaly I think nissan puts out a damn good truck..........

that sounds like bull dude, id raise hell it has 20k on the clock and its not covered under warranty? i call shenanigans.

As I said I will never buy from ford again! its fixed at least but wasnt free.......

It was only $150 didn't hurt me too bad. The amount it costs is beyond the point. Bummer too. I'm thinking of maybe going fullsize next time since I want a boat. Ford would have made more money selling an f150 but a titan will do.

could it possibly be the fact that the environment your truck is in caused this issue?
that being said how do you know the Nissan would be any different?
