Are you trying to upload them from your computer or are you hosting them on a site like photobucket? You can't upload pics directly from the computer, you need to host them.

Put em on a web site or whatever (IE facebook, photobucket, myspace, car domain...)

then once you have done that right click the photo you want, go down to properties, then copy the web address URL and paste it in the picture putter on the page thingy.
