I need to build a new one out of heavy gauge plate steel. Its only 1/8" thick all around, w/ the hooks its 5 lbs. lighter than stock.
It took awile to design it because I forgot most of my geometry, what a way to remember. LOL

Sweet looks good, that's kinka what I'm working on for my bumper mine will be heavier than that though. I'll have tube come up as a light guard. That dimond plate looks sweet on there.

Well all I can say is im happy hummer owners like bling, I got 4 pairs of h2 and 2 pairs of h3 take offs for cheep. Im hardcore ford but I work for GM, if you knew how GM built the new body style trucks you wouldent want to share the road w/ them. lol

I'll try to remember to if I ever get done. Still have to get my welder re-wired in needs all new cables and clamps. So far I have the lead cables and clamps but don't have the big cable that plugs into the wall. once I get them it's off to the metal shop for me. I'm working on a card board mock up then I'll just take that apart and transfer to the metal cut it out and weld it up.

I'd work in some chrome dimond plate on the front but still have it painted black. that would look sweet

diamond plate chrome, flat stock and tow hooks & skid plate satin black.

that sounds pretty good, but chrome diping is not cheep in CA.
