The lil tractor just wasn't cutting it last night... it was coming down faster than I could plow it off... made the mistake of waiting till around 9pm to go out an start clearing it.. I managed to get about a third plowed before enough snow had fell to make it about impossible to plow, I kept having to brush the snow off the hood of the tractor, lol. Got about 2/3 or so done and parked the tractor, shoveled the main part of the driveway clear and called it a night. Got up this morning and it looks like I didn't plow at all... :shok:

Even got to watch a few squirrels fall out of trees because there's too much snow on the branches. :icon_rofl:

I'll get some more pictures up later, gonna make another attempt at clearing the driveway... Gotta clear the 'Global Warming' off the driveway....

Wish our mechanic would have got our skid steer fixed... Although I'm wondering if an articulating loader might be more appropriate...

I strapped two bags of tubesand (60# each) onto the fenders of the tractor and it still woln't plow, just gets a few feet and starts spinning....

Where I took that picture I had cleared a couple times... the parts I haven't cleared yet it's up above my knees....

We normally have around 15" this time of year but hardly have 3-4 standing snow in the yard. I'm liking this year :)

That 15 inches of snow decided to visit my front lawn this year. I guess it got tired of the same old places.

I'm in the Sierra's but at 3500 feet were only getting rain today.Usually were right on the line.I don't mind the rain but I hate the snow.

Our driveway looks like that here. Pretty soon here were going to take the ranger out. Mainly just for the hell of it.:icon_twisted:

grr. the storm broke around the mountain and we barely got anything :(

Over 2' on the ground here... just got in from shoveling the main part of the driveway, the tractor proved to be completely useless.

And somehow I've started to get calls from people asking me to clear their driveways... grr.... if only.... I could be making so much money right now...

I wouldn't have minded it so much if I wouldn't have had to shovel it, lol

well, just be thankful that it didnt snow 5 inches, rain and ice for 8 hrs, then put another 4-8 inches down on top of that, makes for some slick driving

I've had that sort of thing happen before... no fun at all. I clearly remember the last ice storm we had... and I remember going out bird hunting when it was over with, it was great, you could plow through the thickest thorn bushes out there and all it would do is break them. The thorns were all covered in a thick layer of ice so it didn't scratch at ya. That was fun.

I started looking for a plow for the truck and one for the skid steer... if we can ever get our mechanic to finish fixing the machine that is...
