Just Plain Stupied

I think you're too old. I'm twenty three and I remember watching that when I was a kid. I actually felt my first gray hair form when I saw that picture.

I blame the VA meds :icon_twisted:
Me toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

z-z-z-zz-z-zing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Now for the reply)

23!

When you WERE a KID ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahaha!

Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy....when I was 23, I had already killed......wait....I already did that war story.....

Say! I forgot! Is this my thread? Let me look...(looks up to category box)....yep! It's MY THREAD! So I'd be honored to jack it on your behalf....

Let me tell you something Mr. 23 year old (whatever!) Topher...you'd really like Jesus if you'd ever meet the guy....he's the greatest!.....and you'd find out that he's not the Villian or Pansy that 2,000 years of mediocre interpretation-SLASH-preaching has made him out to be! You and he would get along just fine....he really likes it when someone has the courage to speak their mind with thought behind their statement(s).......

That is all (not really!)

true dat true dat

hey......I rebuilt the alternator today after reading up on 7 different sites.......it's kinda like listening to 7 different preachers....each one wants you to do it his way, which is different from the other 6 people......????????????????......Waaaaaaaahahahahahahhaaa

anyhow...I gotta pick up a couple 500 home resisters & splice em in so's i don't fry the re-builded alt.

no pics...just imagine 16 pieces of alternator scattered on the living room floor with the dog trying to sneak off with the springs that load up the brushes......

that is all.

does your dog eat springs a lot? Silly dog, Metal is for cars.

Sometimes...................................................................oh yea-now I remember..........sometimes I think that dog is getting into my meds! (OR, I need to start giving him some of my meds)

going to pick up the resistors........................:icon_bounceblue:

my smilies still ain't moving (with or without the meds....no...not them on/off meds..........ME!)

Update: the resistors are resisting...the lights are lighting....the battery was a little low, so the rebuilt alternator is pumping 15 volts to it...looks like there's some Ranger-Road-Runnin in store for tomerrer.....after I get the 300psi xmsn pressure gauge installed in the dash tonite.....

I'm starting to get used to the "barking" when the xmsn hits 2nd gear...the guy I got it from must have put a shift kit in it.....

Update: 10pm...........the xmsn pressure gauge is connected but not set in the dash yet...I cranked up the engine to check the line for leaks.......no leaks.....tomorrow I'll warm up the xmsn & check the pressure according to the chart I have to see why it's a little slow going into drive.....

UPDATE: Wednesday......the A/T pressure is O.K. in Park & reverse (but on the low side)........in all other gears the pressure is less than half of Normal....but the thing shifts good--except for the slip when going into 3rd....I'll drop the pan tonite.

sooo whats that mean? the low press.?

errrrrrrrrr.........ahhhhhhhhhh.....hmmmmmmmmm.....my bet would be that I got silicone sealer in the housing pressure return port that goes thru a small hole in the pan gasket into the pan.......orrrrrrr.....I forgot to plug one of the pressure switch holes when I re-wired the internal switches & removed one of them that was not needed (that I should have left in place after I by-passed it with the modified wiring)......orrrrrrr.....the fluid pump needs rebuilding (but it puts out nearly 200psi in reverse!!!)....orrrrrr....the valve body has some trash in it (but it shifts good)......orrrrr......the solenoid is not working......or the seal on the solenoid plunger is bad......orrrrrrr....i just don't know why and is gonna have to re-learn how to fix a xmsn (since i hasn't done it in.............30 years!)

But the gauge works reeeeeeeeel gooood........
