ok. my bad. i apologize for that. im sorry just was on edge a little bit. i now got a memphis 500.1 mono amp and a memphis 1000d 4 channel amp instead of that memphis that was 480 rms. i think im gonna get rid of the 1000d and get a mono or 2 channel amp maybe another 500.1 and get some memphis higher class memphis subs. i dont really like 4 channel amps for subs. maybe its just me i dont know.

Back in 1997 when I was in competition I had a system hitting 159 dB and my heart skipped a beat...I had 8 JL 10's run by a US Amps amp...I now have 2 JL 10's and a US Amps pushing them, thinking of getting 6 more, people wonder why I say "what" when asked a ?

hey im 25 and i going def too. im sure my radio doesnt help. but my ears ring all the time. some times i drive with my radio on just to stop hearing the ring. but like some have said. high pitch noises i cant hear. till there right there on top of you. hard core rock sound like soome one is shaking a big sheet of plastic. like that wo wo wo wo sound so idk but i dont blame the 12s just the shitty music that i have to play thur them to makes the ladies happy

lol..im not that bad yet, but i do drive without my radio once ina while with some hope of it somehow balencing out ahahha like thats gonna happen... and thats funny cuz my girl lieks the music as loud if not louder than i do...i was quite surprised the first time she got in my truck

ok guys ive changed my again lol. im getting two powerbass extreme 12''s today in a ported box custombuilt for them. i got a memphis 1000d ill probally use to power them. my buddy also has 2 powerbass extreme 12''s too that hes wanting to get rid of and if they are the same sub ill run four of these babys in the back of the ranger offa memphis amps. im might be getting a jl audio 250 watt amp too that i will use for some 6x9s in boxes. i used to have two powerbass 12'' chrome series in a sealed box in the back of my old ranger and even on a 600 was sony amp they pounded like crazy. ive always kinda liked powerbass anyway.

sorry for the sound cam sucks.

ill be honest though i had to take the top box out ( see video) because i couldnt get my seat to lean back far enough to be comfortable. im too fat lol. my gut hits the steering wheel unless i lean the seat back. although im working on that.

im ssuming those are 2 different brands of subs which makes it sound like ish. also i dnt believe that those best Buy Kenwoods would put cracks in your windshield. but whatever...only thing Best Buy sells thats worth a damn is the Alpine Type Rs....now if you walled 4 of those off on about 2500 watts RMS then that would be insane in a lil ranger.

ok most of the sound is coming from the dvc pioneers in the ported box underneath. also the windshield was already cracked (tree) so its kinda weak, and the reason it sounds like crap is because the camera sucks. unless you've heard those kenwood's in person. (have you) dont trash them their nice and SINCE I WORK AT BEST BUY. i only pay a bout 50 for them so thats why i have them.

dont mix subs, it sounds awful. Stick with the best two or buy ones that are the same as what you have.

I just put this in my dash, Pioneer - MOSFET 50W x 4 Apple iPod/Satellite Radio-Ready In-Dash CD Deck. The sound is way better over the stock speakers compared to the stock deck. I want to replace my speakers, probably with the infinite 5x7's (300W peak power (100W RMS); 6" x 8" woven glass fiber woofer cones; edge-driven metal matrix tweeters; adjustable, unipivot tweeter design; Plus One cone design; rubber surround). I'd like to put two 12" behind my seats (4 door cab) as well but don't really want to loos that room.
