"Save The RBV" Wristbands

OK. Here's the deal. If you guys want to use the TRS logo for keychains, mugs, wristbands, womens undergarments, whatever......I don't care. I'm frickin swamped right now with stuff to do.

Between trying to get TRS-2 repainted (sanding. I frickin hate sanding......rant..rant..rant..), falling behind on shirt and decal orders, processing TRS Fab orders, and helping my wife set up her lingerie store, there just isn't enough time in the day.

In between all that, I'm trying to write new pages for Blue Oval Trucks to put it online on 01/01/10.....plus.....I'm buying the new vBulletin Publishing Suite which includes vBulletin 4.0, blogging, chat and more (We'll also be able to put the forums on iPhone). I have to get it before the end of the month before the introductory price goes up. Then I have set it up and transfer the database. As you can see I either need god to add more hours to the day or more staff.

Anyways, I'm going to have to extend the trust to the members to do this on their own and let me know how it turns out. Let me know what you guys come up with and I'll buy one.

Also, I have larger image files of the TRS logo for whoever takes charge of this. Just please don't do anything that will get me in trouble with Ford or shed a negative light on TRS. Basically, don't use the word 'Ford' or their logo.

I think I might buy some to give out to some of the nice Rangers around town and let them know about the site. I like the camo design but not a big fan of Viva La Ranger. Gotta make sure Ford's happy.

I like F, the grey stripe matches my Ranger!

Understood. I'm not a lawyer, but I think it's safe to assume that since you own the logo, you could in fact take legal action against anyone who uses it in a way you don't approve of, the same way Ford can prohibit the use of their logo. Glad you made that clear, because I thought you meant it when you said:

I guess it doesn't matter if you were just exaggerating or if you had a change of heart. If you're limiting it to key chains/wristbands, we'll respect that.

For the record, anything I would have had made wouldn't have been mass produced, just enough for the members that wanted stuff, and I definitely wouldn't be trying to make a profit off your forum. I have my own money.

I think whoever actually ends up making this happen should only sell the items for what they cost to be produced. The only motive for doing this should be to share the love for the RBV and TRS, nothing more.

I'm going forward with the key chains in a few weeks and would be happy to send them to Jim to sell on the site and put the money towards the site.I'll be keeping one for myself of course! The number of key chains will start out small just so I don't have a lot made and only sell a small amount.

I'm glad this is working out, whoever can get someone to make the wristbands, let me know, I would like to buy one or two, also the keychains.....I guess I have some good ideas once in awhile lol

You can order the wrist bands and custom make them on websites that make em!
