Here is a 2003 Ranger.

The only thing I would have done to this was to put the cage inside the cab.

Is this thread Exocage only, or do internal cages count? You may want to look up RaceRanger97. He had a bed cage for a while and he recently added on the cab portion.

A VERY clean setup in my opinion, you almost don't notice that it is there from the outside, other than the two bars behind the windshield.
