it leaks about 1/2 quart a week, and if it is not full, I got to rev up the motor before the transmission will engage.

A4ld? Sounds like my problem, but I don't leak fluid.

It's a C-3 auto, I am thinking my front pump is leaking.

Could be.
I was told my problem was a bad pump, but someone also said it could be my Vacuum modulator. Probably the pump.
I really have no clue though.

We really can't tell where it is leaking over the internet. It could be several different things.
It is normal for it to not work right when it is low.
