help with gas mileage...91 v6 4.0

I work for a courier service...every gallon is VERY precious...yeah...i know...gas is cheap now, but I'm betting it won't stay that way...now I do have a valve seal leak (which I will be working on shortly) but other than that does anyone have a good suggestions on how to get better mileage?...

Valve seals don't affect mileage (much). They affect oil use. Valve GUIDES can affect both.

Aside from keeping your vehicle in good repair, the best way to affect mileage is driver training. Keep the vehicle in the powerband (no lugging!) and off full throttle.
