No, it sounds like every government agency like Sgtsandman said.

Sounds like the system the military has. A meeting about the meeting. The meeting. And then the meeting for the bottom feeders that many who attended the first two meets must also attend...

I did this exact thing this week. We have diagnostic meetings every month, where we talk to the other 5 shops about common issues we’ve been seeing in our fleet. We haven’t had one in over a year because of Covid. The meetings are starting again next week. So this week I called a meeting with all the head techs as a refresher as to what we will discuss at the real meeting.

Our meetings start at 1:30 and the night shift guys (me) start at 3:30. We get 2 hours overtime to come in for a meeting. I mainly called the meeting to get some more overtime.
 
Every dealer in the country is going to do something similar for every Bronco they can get ahold of too. Every car ordered by someone declined financing, everybody that couldn't wait indefinatly and HAD to get something else, everybody else who decided that the rear needed more cupholders... buying a Bronco you didn't secure pricing on by reserving is going to be BRUTAL for awhile.

I’m hoping everything is back to normal with the Bronco by early 2023. That’s when I turn my F150 in. I just did a build and price on a 2 door Badlands Lux Sasquatch... that looks like it will be my next vehicle.

Hopefully they have a few new color choices by then. If not, I’ll go with antimatter or velocity blue.

Either the Bronco or the BS should tow it... the total weight is about 3k for the Wolverine and the trailer.

If not, I’ll have to finish the ‘79 F350.
 
I hope that Ford will hold to a very similar price structure for the next couple years when you actually order one. Dealer stock will certainly be inflated over MSRP for the foreseeable future... unless Ford won't allow it.

Ford was fine with dealers marking up the crap out of Raptors...

I read somewhere that MSRP on new vehicles has gone up 12% in the last year too.

One of the emails we got said we get a price lock on the Bronco if we get pushed into '22...

The only advantage there will be is that Jeep is a direct competitor and will most likely have sales and/or rebates to keep their market share intact. One would think this would help keep Bronco prices competitive.

Some people are pretty set on a Bronco.

If my new job works out we could get a Wrangler a lot cheaper/faster than a Bronco. I mentioned it and asked if she would be game in switching.

Might as well go to New York City to get locally made salsa...

Yeah... I wouldn't buy a Jeep either. But there have already been some bail to do just that, Also if the price is right on a Jeep... many more will follow if Ford doesn't keep the Bronco in check.

I see the them both battling for this market in both features and price.

If they aren’t careful, they’ll cut their own throat by over charging and kill the Bronco because people can get a Jeep cheaper.
 
exactly... even though I think the Bronco is probably worth more... because... Bronco
 
I'm still in awe over this Bronco. I'd be tempted to get rid if my Ranger and 2016 F150 and just have a Bronco. Aside from a winch bumper, winch, and some lights, I wouldn't change anything about it. I don't see how you could possibly make it any better.

Really fawked up my desire to build a Bronco II.
 
You can get that jeep big tire package with a manual trans and 4.88 rear.

Can't get the Sasquatch with the manual, according to the B+P. Sasquatch come with 4.70 rear, not that it makes a big difference.

But like sno said, you can only get it on the super expensive four door jobber.
