Is there actually a difference between the manual and power steering arms?

Here's a pic of one with the part number from the manual box I have in my truck. The splines (1"-32) are the same as some Jeep and GM 525 boxes, so you could use one of those if you can't find one. I'm using an XJ Pitman arm, part number 52000616, which has more of a drop than the Ford one. Some of them will have the square splines in the wrong spots, but you can file them down so you can mount it in the correct spot.

Found one local, wootwoot.
You didn't happen to find two of them in your hunt?.... lol...... I'm in the same boat, I'm converting my 86' 2wd Ranger to manual with EPAS to eliminate drag on engine and to free up some space in the engine bay but I have yet to find my needle in the haystack. Just hoping I would find someone on here that may want to part with one or had more resources to find those hard to find parts.
