Spindle and shackle lift on my 2005 Ford Ranger 2WD

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a nice spindle and shackle lift without spending 1k on it like Fabtech. I'm thinking about buying Maxtrac but I can't download the instructions. If anyone has suggestions or if anyone can send me instructions on how to install the Maxtrac, please and thank you.

Torsion bar or coil-spring? Ebay.com, wheelsnparts sells a spindle/shackle kit for $300.
